Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. We design and manufacture professional-grade hardware for makers, educators, and developers. All products are factory manufactured, tested, and quality-checked before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Returns on Used or Altered Products

Due to the nature of electronic hardware, returns are not accepted for products that:

  • Have been used, soldered, programmed, or modified
  • Show signs of physical damage or misuse
  • Have been connected to incorrect voltage or wiring
  • Are missing original packaging or accessories

2. DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product that is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process the request:

  • Provide the Order ID
  • Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Keep the product in original condition

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund (at our discretion)

3. No Refund for Compatibility or Skill-Related Issues

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Incorrect connections or code
  • Compatibility issues with third-party hardware/software
  • Incorrect selection of product for a specific application

Customers are expected to review product documentation before purchase.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for approved DOA or defect cases
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

5. Replacement Policy

In approved cases, we may:

  • Replace the defective unit with a new or tested replacement
  • Offer store credit instead of a refund

Replacement decisions are final.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated on the product page:

  • Products are provided without extended warranty
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or external damage

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss
  • Damage to connected equipment
  • Project failure or development delays

Maximum liability is limited to the product purchase value.
