1. No Returns on Used or Altered Products
Due to the nature of electronic hardware, returns are not accepted for products that:
- Have been used, soldered, programmed, or modified
- Show signs of physical damage or misuse
- Have been connected to incorrect voltage or wiring
- Are missing original packaging or accessories
2. DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product that is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process the request:
- Provide the Order ID
- Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Keep the product in original condition
After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Refund (at our discretion)
3. No Refund for Compatibility or Skill-Related Issues
Refunds or returns will not be provided for:
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Incorrect connections or code
- Compatibility issues with third-party hardware/software
- Incorrect selection of product for a specific application
Customers are expected to review product documentation before purchase.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only for approved DOA or defect cases
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
5. Replacement Policy
In approved cases, we may:
- Replace the defective unit with a new or tested replacement
- Offer store credit instead of a refund
Replacement decisions are final.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted
